According to reporter Ben Jacobs, the Manchester United ownership change is “the most feasible and clearest scenario”.
The Glazers have for the first time confirmed their willingness to sell the club in November, leading to a 17% increase in their stock market valuation. However, since then, the auction of Manchester United has been a slow and frustrating process, with the third and final bidding round currently taking place.
The deadline to submit bids is on Friday, although recent reports indicate that the Glazers intend to sell only a portion of their shares and will continue to lead the Red Devils.
Manchester United may change ownership in the near future.
However, Jacobs, speaking to GiveMeSport, has heard other information, stating that he has been informed that a complete sale is still the most likely and clearest scenario at Old Trafford: “The most likely and clearest scenario is still a complete sale. But naturally, the Glazers have many options.”
” When people say they can be confident about staying with the club, it does not mean that it is the most likely scenario from what I know from sources.
This shows that there are choices for them to choose before the final deadline on April 28. But it would be very complicated if The Glazers stay with the club.”
