Catherine has now shared her current health regimen, which includes taking regular cold baths. She bravely endures the cold water for four minutes, taking deep breaths before drying off. Catherine gained recognition through her appearance on the BBC talent show, where she was mentored by pop star Olly Murs. She is also the mother of a seven-year-old daughter named Ada, whom she shares with actor Jude Law from their brief relationship in 2014.
Catherine crossed paths with Jorginho in 2019 after the Italian midfielder’s separation from his ex-wife, Natalia Leteri. The couple welcomed their first child, a son named Jax, in September 2020. They currently reside together in London, where Jorginho relocated in 2018 upon signing for Chelsea.
